Invibes Advertising SA (ENXTPA:ALINV) acquired a 50% stake in ML2Grow from Joachim van der Herten and Joeri Ruyssinck on February 12, 2019. The consideration for this transaction to be paid in cash. Post completion, Invibes Advertising will have a majority of ML2GROW shares along with the founders, Joachim van der Herten and Joeri Ruyssinck. ML2GROW will remain independent, under the parent company Invibes Advertising.
