Invibes Advertising SA (ENXTPA:ALINV) acquired 90.5% stake in Dreicom AG on November 26, 2018. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, Invibes Advertising will settle the consideration in the form of cash and shares from its own holding. Invibes Advertising will hold the stake alongside the founders of Dreicom AG. Dreicom AG will become Invibes Switzerland AG. For the year 2017, Dreicom AG posted a turnover of CHF 1.6 million. The two Managing Partners of Dreicom AG remain fully committed to the project. Alex Oeschger of Dreicom AG will become Chief Operating Officer and Board member of Invibes Advertising, while Tom Uebersax of Dreicom AG will assume the functions of Country Manager Switzerland and Board member of Invibes Switzerland AG. The rebranded Dreicom AG will be based in Zurich.
