Investec Bank Limited, Investment Arm, Khulasande Capital Partnership and the management of Itec SA signed an agreement to acquire Itec SA from Jacques Duyver and others on August 24, 2015. The transaction was approved by the Competition Commission on October 7, 2015 and approved unconditionally by the Competition Tribunal of South Africa on October 21, 2015.
