supplemented

(the "Certificates")

With this notice Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. hereby gives notice that, following to the announcement of Royal Dutch Shell PLC of the change of its

1. name into Shell plc as of 25 January 2022, and
2. ISIN Code into GB00BP6MXD84 as of 31 January 2022,

the Underlying Royal Dutch Shell PLC (ISIN Code: GB00B03MLX29; Bloomberg Code: RDSA NA )

shall be deemed amended in

Shell plc (ISIN Code: GB00BP6MXD84; Bloomberg Code: RDSA NA ).

As a consequence, as of the respective effective dates of the amendments, all the references to the name and to the ISIN Code of the Underlying Royal Dutch Shell PLC within the Final Terms and the Summary of the Specific Issue (enclosed to the Final Terms) relating to the Certificates shall be deemed amended accordingly.
