International Road Dynamics : Michael Wieck Appointed as Vice President ITS Data Solutions

Saskatoon, SK - January 5, 2017 - International Road Dynamics (IRD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Wieck as Vice President Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Data Solutions. Mr. Wieck will assume responsibility for the development and implementation of customer acquisition strategies to support the growth of IRD's traffic data and information solutions business with the Company's Software as a Service (SAAS) for traffic intelligence solutions.

Mr. Wieck brings over 20 years of experience in the ITS industry. His main focus has been on Strategic Business Development, Project Management and System Integration. Mr. Wieck recently lead the transition of Intelight into the Q-Free family of companies, and previously managed the ITS product portfolio for SWARCO Traffic Americas, as well as multiple consulting and software system deployment projects for Iteris.

Mr. Wieck received a M.S. Computer Science from the Technical University Aaschen, Germany; and a M.S. Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Management Professional and is fluent in English and German. Mr. Wieck will be based out of Denver Colorado, adding to IRD's presence in North America.
