Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release January 2, 2012, at 8:30 AM Finnish time

Innofactor Board of Directors decided at its meeting on January 1, 2012 evening upon Innofactor's organizational reform, which will become effective in January 2, 2012.

Innofactor Group's operations have previously been organized mainly in four business units: business clients; public administration and third sector clients; software and systems; and services.
In the new organization, a system integrator function (SI) and the software business (Independent Software Vendor, ISV) are separated in different units. System integration activities will be organized at the national level on country specific units, of which there is currently only a unit in Finland. The software business is organized in the global Cloud and Mobile Solutions unit.

In the new organization the system integrator unit in Finland is divided into four business units:

- Web communications and eCommerce
- Productivity and Operational Solutions
- Document and Case Management
- Third Sector Solutions

"By reforming the organization we aim primarily to increase the productivity and improve the working methods", says Innofactor CEO Sami Ensio. "The new organization is also expected to allow a more flexible integration of acquisitions with the company".

M.Sc. (Tech) Mikko Lampi was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer from January 2, 2012. Lampi has been working in the company since March 1, 2001, the latest position being the Vice President of Software and Systems business unit.

Organizational change does not involve layoffs or similar staffing arrangements.
