INGREDION INCORPORATED TO RELEASE 2012 FOURTH QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS AND HOLD CONFERENCE CALL ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2013
WESTCHESTER, Ill., January 7, 2013 - Ingredion Incorporated (NYSE: INGR), a leading global provider of ingredient solutions to diversified industries, today announced that it will release its 2012 fourth-quarter financial results for the period ended December 31, 2012, before the market opens on Thursday, February 7, 2013.
Ingredion will conduct a conference call on February 7 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time, during which Ilene Gordon, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Cheryl Beebe, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the quarterly results. The conference call will be live and available on the Company's website, www.ingredion.com. Ingredion will provide a live webcast of the slide presentation that can be accessed in the "Investor Relations" section of the Company's website.
