Infovine Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A115310) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million worth of shares pursuant to a trust contract with Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price. The program is valid until August 3, 2018. As of August 3, 2017, the company had 927,081 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.

The Company develops mobile certificate management solutions and electronic payment solutions. Its mobile certificate management solutions provide wireless/wired network connection, data encryption and mobile application development technologies-based certificate services, which could be used in phones as well as personal computers (PCs) through installing certificates in cell phones.
