Stenprop Limited acquired Souterhead Industrial Estate in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, from M&G Real Estate.

Stenprop Limited (JSE:STP) acquired Souterhead Industrial Estate in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, from M&G Real Estate in December 2017. In related transactions, Stenprop also acquired Venture Park in Peterborough from Catalyst Capital and Coningsby Park in Peterborough from Thomas Cook. The aggregate purchase price for the three properties was £13.5 million. Stenprop financed the acquisitions through a £50 million revolving credit facility from Investec Bank PLC. Buchanan Bond, Ereira Mendoza and AGL acted as real estate advisors for Stenprop while Gowling WLG (UK) LLP and Pinsent Masons provided legal due diligence for the three properties. Stenprop Limited (JSE:STP) completed the acquisition of Souterhead Industrial Estate in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, from M&G Real Estate in December 2017.
