BRUSSELS (Reuters) - InBev , the world's second-largest beer producer by volume, declined on Friday to comment on a report that bid target Anheuser-Busch was in active talks to sell itself to the Belgian brewer.
The New York Times report also said InBev was willing to raise its original $65 per share offer, which Anheuser has rejected.
