IL Jeong Industrial Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A008500) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 500 million under the contract with Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholders' value and stabilize the share price. The program will be valid until October 23, 2019. As of October 21, 2018, the company had no shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
IL JEONG INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of automobile seat fabrics. The Company's products consist of seat fabrics such as velour type and loop type tricots, and lami fabrics such as tricots, woven velour, flat woven, single knits and others. The Company's products are mainly used for car seat fabrics, headlining, door trims, arm rests, sun visors and others. It also involves in the manufacture of rendy fabrics and other raw materials, which are used for toys, furniture and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
