Inveready Asset Management, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. agreed to acquire 12.2% stake in Iffe Futura, S.A. (BME:IFF) for €2.9 million on June 23, 2021. In the acquisition, Inveready Asset Management, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. buys 8.14% for €0.46 million and agrees an additional 4% in addition to the issuance of bonds for €2.5 million.
Iffe Futura SA is a Spain-based company active in the investment industry. The Company is an industrial and financial and education services group. The Companyâs business lines are IFFE Business School, DCM Asesores, IFFE Biotech, IFFE Desarrollos and IF. IFFE Business School offers different post-graduate studies and business preparation. DCM Asesores provides advises to the companies in the process of going to MAB (Alternative Stock Market from Spain). IFFE Biotech is a biotechnology company dedicated to the research, development and production of Omega-3 fatty acids. IFFE Desarrollos develops the real estate operations from the Group. IF is the incubator and accelerator of projects and companies of the IFFE Futura Group.
