The Ma nagement Boa rd of Idea Bank S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs about the convocation of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting.

The Company's Management Board, acting pursuant to article 399 § 1, 4021 and 4022 of the Code of Commercia l Companies and § 9 section 5 of the Company' s Articles of Association hereby convenes the Extraordinary General

Meeting on 25 October 2016, on 10.00 A M in the registered seat of the Company at the address Przyokapowa 33, Warsaw. The subject matter of the announcement regarding the convocation of the Genera-I Meeting is attached ta this current report.

Additional ly, the Company provides as an attachment the draft resolutions, being the subject of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 25 October 2016, along with the justification.

Legal basis: a-rt. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 J uly 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies (i.e. Polish Official J ournal of 2013, item 1382) in conjun ction with § 38 section 1 point 1) and point 3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Fina nce as of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the issuers of secur ities and conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third cauntry may be recognized as equiva lent (i.e. Palish Official Journal of 2014, item 133).
