The Management Board of Idea Bank S.A. (the ,,Issuer") informs that today it has become aware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority at its meeting on 27 September 2016 has approved to entrust Mrs Aneta Skrodzka - Ksiqzek with the function of a management board member who supervises material risk in the Issuer's activity.

Legal basis: art.17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/ 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on rnarket abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/ 6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/123/E C, 2003/ 125/ EC and 2004/72/EC.
