Two Real Estate Corporations in Japan agreed to acquire Rental Condominiums in Tokyo and Wakayama from Ichiken Co., Ltd. (TSE:1847) for approximately ¥460 million on January 29, 2015. A contract is expected to be concluded in July 2015. The Board of Directors of Ichiken passed a resolution for the transaction on June 26, 2015. The transaction is expected to complete in August 2015. The transaction will result in a profit of ¥102 million to Ichiken Co., Ltd.
