SP SIGN POSTED AGAINST SECURITIES OF HYDRO

According to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Hydrotek Public Company Limited ( HYDRO) held on April 25, 2022, it was resolved to approve the reduction of registered capital and paid- up capital amounted to 311,925,504 baht from the registered capital of 623,851,008 baht, a new registered capital of 311,925,504 baht by reducing 311,925,504 shares with a par value of 1 baht per share, in accordance with the proportion of 2 existing ordinary shares per 1 ordinary share after the capital reduction to clear the accumulated loss and fixed date to determine the list of shareholders whose capital has been reduced (Record date) on July 5, 2022.

This is because the capital reduction by reducing the number of shares may affect the number of shares held by each shareholder and the number of shares under the trading system of the SET during the company has not yet registered its capital completely. Therefore, HYDRO has requested for an SP ( Suspension) sign against HYDRO's securities from July 4, 2022 until the process of capital reduction has been completed. By virtue of Clause 7 (1) of the SET's Rules, Conditions, and Procedures for Temporary Suspension of Listed Securities Trading, therefore, the SET has temporarily suspended trading of HYDRO's securities effective from July 4, 2022 until the process of capital reduction has been completed.
