Hupsteel Limited Announces Resignation of Ong Kian Min as Non-Executive and Independent Director, Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Hupsteel Limited announced that Mr. Ong Kian Min has resigned as a Non- Executive and Independent Director of the company with effect from October 25, 2017. Following his resignation, Mr. Ong Kian Min also stepped down as the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of the company.
