1. The company has passed the resolution of the general meeting of
shareholders on June 29, 2021. The company will issue within the quota of
NT$400,000,000.Choose a method to handle the private placement of
ordinary shares or private placement of convertible corporate bonds at
one time or in batches, and authorize the board of directors to June 29,
2021 The date of the resolution of the ordinary shareholders' meeting
shall be processed twice within one year,
2. In addition, according to Article 43-6, Item 7 of the Securities and
Exchange Law, the processing period is before June 28,2022. The company
plans not to handle On March 25, 2021, the tenth meeting of the third
session of the board of directors, the seventh proposal, choose one
method to deal with private ordinary shares at one time or in batches
