It is hereby informed that according to Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the provisions of corporate governance as specified in Regulation 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply, in respect of Listed Companies having:

1. Paid up Share Capital not exceeding Rs. 10 crores and
2. Net worth not exceeding Rs. 25 crore

as on the last day of the previous financial year.

Since, the Company's Paid up Share Capital and Net worth as on the last day of previous financial year is as follows:
