(Nasdaq: HTWR; ASX: HIN) ("HeartWare") announced today a public offering of 1,500,000 shares of its common stock. HeartWare has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. HeartWare expects to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate and working capital purposes.
