2022 Highlights
CONSOLIDATED
• On January 31, 2022, we closed the combination of our media, content, and production assets
with TelevisaUnivision.
• Excluding the content assets combined with TelevisaUnivision for the full year, Revenue grew
by 2.2%, while Operating Segment Income ("OSI") decreased by 4.7%.
• Excluding World Cup related costs amortized in 2022, OSI would have fallen by 1.5%.
• Successfully passed 875 thousand homes with fiber-to-the-home ("FTTH"), achieving more

CABLE
• Fourth consecutive quarter with more than 300 thousand RGUs net-adds, with 327 thousand.
• Revenue growth of 1.4% and OSI decline of 5.7% with a margin of 40.6%.
• MSO revenue and OSI grew 0.9% and 1.0% respectively, translating into a 44.0% margin.
SKY
• Revenue and OSI fell by 8.1% and 37.6%, respectively, for a 23.3% margin.
• Excluding World Cup related costs amortized in the quarter, OSI would have declined by 8.2%,
translating into a 34.7% margin.
OTHER
• Robust growth at our Other Businesses segment driven by the economic reopening.
• Strong revenue and OSI growth of 53.6% and 109.9%, respectively, for a 24.9% margin.

Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. is a media company, cable operator in Mexico and an operator of a direct-to-home (DTH) satellite pay television system in Mexico. The Company distributes the content it produces through various broadcast channels in Mexico and in approximately 50 other countries.
