NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Notre Dame Intermédica Participações S.A. ("Company" or "GNDI") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its shares (GNDI3) were added to the Carbon Efficient Index ("ICO2 B3") of B3 - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

Created in 2010, B3 Carbon Efficient Index is an instrument to engage companies in discussions about the climate change in Brazil. The main metric for participating in the index considers the emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) of the companies evaluated.

Currently, ICO2 B3 is composed of shares of 63 companies belonging to 23 business segments that, together, add up to more than BRL 3.6 trillion in market cap (77% of the total market cap traded on B3).

This index reflects the market's dedication to a transition to a more resilient economy and increasingly aligned with commitments to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Through the ICO2 B3, companies demonstrate to the market and society that they have already taken the first steps in the climate change agenda and that they are transparent about the scope of their GHG impacts on the environment.

GNDI reinforces the commitment to transparency of its emissions and the continuous migration towards a low carbon operation.
