Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:GAP B) commences share repurchases on April 22, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Ordinary General Meeting held on April 22, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to MXN 2,000 million worth of its shares. The repurchase authorization will be valid for 12 months.
