Pursuant to the Article 160 section of the Act of trading, the Management Board of Grupa Zywiec S.A. hereby informs on:
On 30 October 2015 the managing person of Grupa Żywiec S.A., on basis of Article 160 of the Act on trading, informed the Management Board of Grupa Żywiec S.A. ("Company) that on 30 October 2015 he purchased: 7 shares of Grupa Żywiec S.A. (" Company") at a unit price of PLN 415.00 per share, 5 shares of the " Company" at a unit price of PLN 414.90 per share, 3 shares of the" Company" at a unit price of PLN 410.00 per share, on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. On 10 December 2015 he purchased: 15 shares of the" Company" at a unit price of 384,00 per share and on 11 December 2015 he purchased 36 shares of the" Company" at a unit price of PLN 384.00 per share, on the Warsaw Stock Exchange .The value of all transactions exceeded Euro 5000.
