The board of Directors (the "Board") of Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited will announce the Group's half year results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2022 on Friday, 24 February 2023.

The Company will host a live webcast and conference call on Friday, 24 February 2023 at 1:00pm Mauritius
