The Management Board of GREMI MEDIA S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at 51 Prosta street, 00-838 Warsaw convenes the Annual General Meeting of GREMI MEDIA S.A. as at June 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., to be held at the Company's headquarters in Warsaw at 51 Prosta street, 00-838 Warsaw.

The Management Board provides in Polish the convening notice and the draft resolutions with appendixes as an attachment to this current report.

Draft resolutions have been positively assessed by the Supervisory Board.
