DATE OF 2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & PROVISIONAL SPILL MEETING - GLOBE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (ASX CODE: GLB)

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company hereby advises the ASX of the following:

DATE OF 2016 AGM

The 2016 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 26 October 2016.

DATE OF SPILL MEETING (PROVISIONAL UPON PASSING OF SPILL RESOLUTION)

Subject to passing of the "spill resolution" at the 2016 AGM, the date of the Spill Meeting pursuant to that resolution is 26 October 2016 and will be held immediately after the conclusion of the AGM.

The Company is required to include in its Notice of the 2016 AGM a "spill resolution" as it recorded a "first strike" against its' remuneration report at its 2015 AGM under the "two strikes" legislation. If the Company were to receive a "second strike" against its remuneration report at the 2016 AGM, the "spill resolution" will be put to a vote at the 2016 AGM and only if passed the Spill Meeting will be held.

Accordingly, the Spill Meeting will not be held if a "second strike" is not recorded or in the event a "second strike" is recorded, the "spill resolution" is not passed. Full details relating to the Spill Meeting will be included in the Company's Notice of 2016 AGM and Notice of 2016 Spill Meeting.
