On May 17, 2021, GigCapital2, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing that the Securities and Exchange Commission had declared effective
the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-4, as amended, which includes a
definitive proxy statement/prospectus in connection with the Company's special
meeting of stockholders to consider the previously announced proposed business
combinations with UpHealth Holdings, Inc. and Cloudbreak Health, LLC. A copy of
the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K
and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will conduct meetings with members of the investment community in
May 2021 and has prepared presentation materials that the Company intends to use
in this regard. A copy of the presentation materials to be used is furnished as
Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by
reference.
