5.Cause of occurrence:
G-SHANK's subsidiaries, SHENZHEN G-BAOK and SHENZHEN G-SHANK,
have to stop work from 2022/3/14 to 2022/3/20 according to the
local government's COVID-19 prevention work. The company had
received approval to resume operations from 2022/3/21.
6.Countermeasures:
SHENZHEN G-BAO and SHENZHEN G-SHANK will continue to
pay close attention to the epidemic situation and our employees'
health and comply to local government's regulations.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
SHENZHEN G-BAO and SHENZHEN G-SHANK's revenue accounted about 6%
of group consolidated revenue, and it has not significantly impact
on group's financial and business status.
