5.Cause of occurrence:
The Originally scheduled for resuming operation at 2022/3/23 5 pm
of G-SHANK's subsidiaries, SHANGHAI G-SHANK and SHANGHAI
G-SHANK PRECISION HARDWARE, has been cancelled Since
authorities are imposing lockdown restrictions in Shanghai.
All of the companies, stores and the sites for business
operation, are not allowed to resume operation and production.
We will announce the operation time after local government
lift the restrictions.
6.Countermeasures:
The subsidiaries as above will continue to pay close attention
to the epidemic situation and our employees' health and
comply to local government's regulations.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
The subsidiaries as above will adjust the capacity
and shipment after resuming operation, and minimize the impact.
