GF Capital PTE. Ltd. announced that it will receive SGD 5,930,000 in a round of funding on December 20, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, G-Factory Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3474), Cool Japan Fund, Inc. for SGD 2,372,000 each. The investors have signed the contract with the company. The company will receive payment in tranches with initial investment of around SGD 4,744,000 in January 2018. Post the closing of the initial investment, G-Factory Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3474) will hold 64.02% stake, Cool Japan Fund, Inc. will hold 35.98% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
G-FACTORY CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the provision of administrative support services for restaurants, as well as the operation of restaurants. The Company operates in two business segments. The Management Support segment is involved in the provision of housing information support services, interior facility support services, whole support services, as well as overseas operation package services, among others. The Restaurant segment is involved in the operation of the restaurants under the name Unatoto.
