Fujian Sanmu Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000632) agreed to acquire additional 20% stake in Fuzhou Kangdeli Fisheries Co., Ltd. from Zhao Jianzheng for CNY 0 on January 29, 2016. After the completion of the acquisition, Fujian Sanmu Group will hold 79.06% stake in Fuzhou Kangdeli Fisheries. As of November 30, 2015, Fuzhou Kangdeli Fisheries had total assets of CNY 30.21 million, and net liabilities of CNY 14.01 million. On January 29, 2016, Fujian Sanmu Group's Board of Directors approved the transaction. The transaction does not need the approval of the shareholders’ meeting of Fujian Sanmu Group.
