On June 10, 2019, Richard Kunes notified the Board of Directors of Francesca’s Holdings Corporation of his resignation as Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a Class II director of the Board of Directors, effective January 31, 2020. Mr. Kunes decided to resign from the Board of Directors as he decreases his board of directors commitments.
