Folkestone : Adopts New Branding and Changes Fund Names

FOLKESTONE ADOPTS NEW BRANDING AND CHANGES FUND NAMES

Folkestone (ASX:FLK) is pleased to announce it has completed a rebranding exercise extending across all our platforms and funds to better reflect our focus and strategy moving forward.
Since Folkestone acquired Equity Real Estate Partners in April 2011, Folkestone has been transformed from a pure real estate developer into a real estate funds manager and developer providing real estate wealth solutions for private client investors and select institutions. During this time, Folkestone has also acquired the Austock Property Funds Management business and Maxim Asset Management.
We have created a fresh and dynamic corporate identity for the next phase of Folkestone's growth and development and to clearly align all our funds as part of the Folkestone group. Effective on 12 June 2014, the following name changes will be implemented:

 the ASX listed Australian Education Trust will change its name to the Folkestone

Education Trust and as a result, the ASX code will change from AEU to FET;

 the ASX listed Australian Social Infrastructure Fund will change its name to the Folkestone

Social Infrastructure Trust and as a result, the ASX code will change from AZF to FST;

 the CIB Fund will change its name to the Folkestone CIB Fund; and

 Maxim Asset Management will change its name to Folkestone Maxim Asset Management and the two funds it manages - the Maxim Property Securities Fund and Maxim Income Fund will change their names to the Folkestone Maxim A-REIT Securities Fund and the Folkestone Maxim Income Fund respectively.

These changes will not impact the way we manage each of these funds. Our investment team and investment process remain unchanged.
