Fin Resources : Date of 2020 AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND

CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Board of Fin Resources Limited (ASX: FIN) (Fin or the Company) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 30 November 2020.

A formal notice in respect of the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced and provided to Shareholders when published later this month.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. The closing date for the receipt of any nominations for the election of Directors is Monday, 19 October 2020 (the "Closing Date"). Nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on the Closing Date at the Company's registered office address.
