Fiat Industrial could regain its upward trend after having run out of steam.
The group is still undervalued and the “enterprise value to sales” ratio shows an attractive valuation of 0.49x for the current year.
Graphically, buyer flows are reduced. If the trend is now bearish in the short term, profit taking is part of a rebound on the EUR 8.65 and therefore does not affect the upward trend in the medium and long term.
The decline observed in the short term offers an interesting entry point for a mid-term investment. Investors will take advantage of the current area to buy Fiat Industrial. The objectives will be set at EUR 9.3 and by extension EUR 9.75. The stop loss will be triggered below the EUR 8.4 support.
