With reference to the current reports no. 72/2015 and 35/2016 regarding respectively information on filing by HW Pietrzak Holding S.A. (HW Pietrzak) a bankruptcy petition open to composition agreements and an attempt to create write-offs including also a write-off to receivables that the Issuer is entitled to from HW Pietrzak in the amount of PLN 43.8 mio, which was presented in the 2015 financial statements published by FERRUM S.A., the Management Board of FERRUM S.A. informs that on 30th September 2016, in the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, the Company submitted the claims that FERRUM S.A. is entitled to from HW Pietrzak in the principal amount of app. PLN 44 mio. The referred amount includes, above all, receivables from sales of goods and materials to HW Pietrzak. Moreover, the Company explains that submitting the above claims by the Issuer is presently the only admitted form of recovering receivables from HW Pietrzak.
