Farmers Bancorp and The Farmers Bank Announces the Resignation of Karen Gregerson from its Board of Directors

Frankfort, IN - Farmers Bancorp (OTC: FABP) ("FABP") and The Farmers Bank (the "Bank") announced today that Karen Gregerson has submitted her resignation from both boards, effective June 6, 2024, to pursue other opportunities. Gregerson joined FABP and the Bank in 2016 as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and President of FABP, while also serving on both boards as a non-independent director. She retired from her roles as President and Chief Executive Officer in September, 2023.
