To enhance the communication between new employees and the company's departments, and to practically solve the practical issues of new employees at work and in life since they have joined the company, the Human Resources Department of Far East Holding Group in the afternoon of January 20, 2014 organized the new employee forum on the fourth quarter of 2013. Zhou Dongjiao,Senior Administrative Directorof Far East Holding Group, Xu Jianjun, Chairman of the Trade Union and Executive Director of Far East Charity Foundation, Liu Zhigang, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department of the group, Zhao Lingling, Assistant Director of the President Work Department, Wang Huan, Assistant Director of the integrated service department, Kong Qunling, Assistant to the Office Director of Far East Charity Foundation, and Wu Xinyu, Assistant to Project Manager of Far East apartment project department of Real Property Company and other leaders attended the Forum.

Prior to the forum, all new employees watched Far East's 20 anniversary of promo. The forum was presided over by Liu Zhigang, and at the forum, he outlined the theme, purpose as well as the company's development plan. Then, all new employees presented a simple introduction respectively, and some employees shared their findings, hearing and feeling since their entry, while also offering some issues associated with accommodation, system management, work changes, vacation and opening company mail; meanwhile, the participating leaders answered each question.

Finally, Xu Jianjun delivered a concluding remark; he said to thank all very much to participate in our new employee forum, hoping all regard take the trade unions as their home, and they can seek the trade unions for help everywhere at any time if there are difficulties or demands. After joining Far East, we are in the same family, and he hopes everyone does good work in their jobs and make their own contributions to the development of Far East.
