The Company’s business includes an omnichannel operating platform, physical and online stores, and a multi-brand portfolio that includes Express and Bonobos. The Company operates approximately 435 Express retail and Express Factory Outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, the Express.com online store and the Express mobile app; and approximately 60 Bonobos Guideshop locations and the Bonobos.com online store. It sells its products through its online store, www.express.com, its mobile app, as well as through franchisees who operate Express locations in Latin America. It also sells gift cards in its stores, on its e-commerce Website, and through third parties. It utilizes two facilities for the distribution of its products, both of which are owned and operated by third parties.
