EVISO, board appoints Lucia Fracassi as general manager

(Alliance News) - eVISO Spa announced Tuesday that its board of directors has appointed Lucia Fracassi as general manager, effective July 1, 2023.

Fracassi remains at the same time a member of eVISO's Advisory Board, a position she has held since 2021.

In her role, for which she will report directly to eVISO's CEO Gianfranco Sorasio, "Lucia Fracassi, will be responsible for organizing processes and procedures in order to enable the scalability of the business, a necessary prerequisite to accelerate the company's growth path," a note reads.

"She will also continue to deal with the enhancement of employees and professionalism in the company, in the context of the collective intelligence and widespread responsibility promoted by eVISO," the company concludes.

eVISO's stock trades in the red by 2.2 percent at EUR2.28 per share.
