Ethane Pipeline Income Fund distribution for the quarter ended 31 December 2011

The directors of APA Ethane Limited, as Responsible Entity for Ethane Pipeline Income
Fund (Fund), enclose your distribution statement for the quarter ended 31 December
2011.
The distribution amount is 4.13 cents per security, of which 3.15 cents is tax-deferred, and payable to all securityholders on the Fund's register as at 30 December 2011.
The distribution for the quarter ended 31 December 2011 continues to be impacted by repayment of the $20 million facility held with Investec, with the fifth scheduled repayment of $2.2 million paid on 31 December 2011.
There is no change to the Fund's distribution policy of paying distributions from available net cash flows.
