Re: The 17th capital reduction of the registered capital of Erawan Hotel Growth
Property Fund (ERWPF)
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company ("the Management
Company") of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund ("ERWPF" or "the Fund"), had sent
a registered capital reduction request for ERWPF to the Securities and Exchange
Commission ("SEC") in order to decrease the registered capital of the Fund by
29,496,750 baht which equals to 0.1675 baht per unit. The registered capital of
the Fund after the capital reduction will be 1,471,473,990 baht and the par
value will be 8.3559 baht per unit.
The Management Company would like to announce that the SEC has approved the
capital reduction
per request above on 22 March 2022 as stated in the SEC's letter, JorTor-3.
