Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF)
SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company") as the
management company of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (the "Fund") has
notified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 11 February 2022, Notification of
the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders due to outbreak of novel
coronavirus (COVID-19), which approved to convene the 2022 Annual General
Meeting of Unitholders to be held on
27 April 2022 from 2:00 p.m. via an electronic meeting only in accordance with
the Royal Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (as amended) and other related
rules and regulations.
In this regard, the Management Company hereby informs that unitholders can
download the invitation and relevant documents of the 2022 Annual General

Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (the Fund) was formed for the purpose of the Fund is to raise funds from unitholders to invest in properties and utilize for commercial benefit with an indefinite term. The Fund operates in one reportable segment, being investment in properties and securities. The Fund has invested in two projects of properties which include IBIS Patong Hotel and IBIS Pattaya Hotel.
