EnTie Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. announced executive changes. Type of personnel (chairman or general manager) is President. Name and resume of the replaced personnel is Mr. James Liu (Interim), TransGlobe Life Insurance Inc. Name and resume of the new personnel is Mr. Jesse Ding, Chairman of EnTie Bank. Type of the change is New appointment. Effective date of the new appointment is April 24, 2020. The proposal will be effective upon approval by the competent authority. Before the proposal takes effect upon approval by the competent authority, one of the vice presidents will be designated by the Chairman as Acting President pursuant to Article 36 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation.
