(3)In accordance with Article 4.2 of the Share Swap Agreement signed by
the Company and IBF Financial Holdings Co.,Ltd , the adjustment to
transaction consideration in response to the Company's distribution of
cash dividends will be announced separately after the Board of Directors has
adopted a resolution.
