EMS Seven Seas ASA : Result of mandatory offer

Reference is made to the mandatory offer for all shares in EMS Seven Seas ASA made by Supreme Group B.V. on the 23 June 2014. At the expiry of the offer period, shareholders holding 1,875,743 shares, representing 6.87 % of all the shares in EMS Seven Seas ASA, had accepted the offer.

Due to the execution of the compulsory acquisition, Supreme Group B.V. already is registered as owner of all the shares.
