EMS Seven Seas ASA (EMS) today announced that the Company has been awarded a USD 27 million (EUR 20,5 million) order from the navy of an undisclosed European NATO country.

The order is for general supplies to the country's naval fleet operating mainly in Mediterranean and Atlantic waters over the next 3 years. The new contract replaces the contract which the Company announced on 22 March 2012. The deliveries will be handled by EMS' Spanish subsidiary.

General supply to military forces is currently EMS' largest segment, alongside supplies to the world's merchant fleet. The new order is an important milestone and will increase annual sales volumes in EMS' Spanish subsidiary. The order will be another important step for our European business to improve visibility and profitability.

EMS Seven Seas ASA is a global leader ship supply company with operations around the world.
