Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (IBSE:EKGYO) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 259,929,138 shares, at a purchase price of TRY 4 per share for a total of TRY 1,039.72 million. The program will expire on December 31, 2016.

The capital market has not approved this buyback yet.
