Ellies Holdings Limited Announces the Appointment of Ian Russell an Independent Non-Executive Director and as Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Ellies Holdings Limited announced that Ian Russell has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company. He was also appointed as a member of the audit and risk committee as well as a member and chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the nomination committee. Ian is currently the chief executive officer of Disrupting consultancy Proprietary Limited.
